Payment Statement
While I do not accept insurance at this time, I offer sliding scale rates. I use a flexible fee system to ensure you can receive the care you need. I offer a range of reduced session fees below my standard rate. I will work with you to assign a rate based on your ability to pay if needed, taking into account income, household size, employment status, and other financial responsibilities.

Individual Therapy
Whether you’re struggling with grief, PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, or other challenges. Individual therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and change. I work with clients to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to process painful thoughts and emotions. I help my clients slow down and unpack the emotional weight they’ve been carrying.

50 minute rate: $100
When working with children and adolescents, Space To Be Therapy is a calm yet fun space for your child to express themselves, explore feelings, build tolerance, and gain healthy coping skills. I structure my sessions to benefit your child and your family.
My work with young children is play-based, attachment-focused, and relational. At Space To Be Therapy, that means that I am focused on helping your child explore their inner world through play.
Therapy can be tailored to focus on the family relationship, parent-child relationship, sibling relationship, or the child primarily alone.

Couples Therapy
Do you feel like you’re having the same fight over and over again? I help couples identify and get unstuck from patterns of behavior they feel stuck in. We will work to understand your underlying needs as individuals and as a couple.
