Hi there, I’m Lindsay Cole. I specialize in family conflict, complex trauma, and grief. I am experienced in working with individuals, families, and couples to become more present to themselves and those they hold closest. I support people in what can be lonely and isolating times of life. I strive to meet my clients exactly where they are at and tailor treatment to meet their goals and needs. I am a warm, silly, and compassionate therapist who deeply values connection with my clients.

I'm passionate about making therapy feel comfortable, safe, and approachable for my clients. I am affirming of clients’ sexuality, gender identity, and being neuro-affirming. I am passionate about providing a safe space for people a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I strive to honor clients' lived experiences, culture, and identity.

My goal is to create a safe space for you and your inner world to be as you are. One of the most challenging parts of therapy may be taking the initial step. If you are feeling ready to begin this work, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I am currently accepting new clients!
